Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in.

Cancellation within 72 hours incurs a fee equal to one night's stay.

"No-shows" are charged one night's stay.

The Sage must acknowledge cancellations.

Refunds processed within 7-10 business days, bank charges borne by the guest.

Special circumstances may allow for fee waivers with documentation, subject to management approval.
